Get someone going.- Estimulara alguien en accion,alguien que es lento especialmente en las manhanas.
Star the day off.-Empezar el dia con algo bueno.

Tough cookie.-Alguien que tiene un caracter bastante fuerte.

Hand in.-Es como dar tus datos y meterlos a cierta organizacion o lugar.Lo que le decimos meter pero refiriendose a un documento.
Hand out.-Distribuir,pasar.
Hand over.-Regresar algo,dar algo para atras.
Drop out of.-Parar de atender a cierto lugar.Como por ejemplo la escuela.Dejar de ir.

I study English on Saturdays so I may be able to give you some idioms.

ohh i'm impressed, your english is so good, i didn't imagine latins were able to speak english this well.
And thanks for your recommendation Margah, i'm checking those forums, too; but it's a pity no member here can speak any german, so our forum is completely empty, he have only 3 members!! :( well, i hope we can get more german speakers for that forum in the future, anybody who wants to practice or learn some german is welcome to join us and it will be a pleasure to help ^^ in the mean time, i would like to practice my spanish and french and maybe also my italian as well in these forums :)

Ohhh.. that sucks.. you know a thing you can do???//.
if you dont have anyone to practice english with, read books or magazines out loud.. you will practice and become more comfortable hearing yourself and it won't be as hard next time to pronunciate some words because you will be familiar to them..
also watch movies in english, or tv in english without spanish subtitles, because you'd be focusing more on reading than on hearing, and the more you hear, the better you get at accents..
hope that helps

I guess u can watch Tv shows like friends, in my case I watch the Cartoons of CN in SAP, its much funny and interesant, you can learning a basic level with them.
If u want, u can try avec other Tv programs like movies, series, Soap poperas etc...
I get many problem with the English, I have to speak it fastest, cause when Im talkng with an American or England person I use to be very slow, i wate my time thinking the words, or trying to have better grammar....
Today I lost the practice with rhe English cause now I'm studying French....yeah is more difficult to me, I can't understand it or speak it well. but I hope one day learn more languages, is too bacan......
well I haven't another stuf to say, in fact I'm goingo to take a nap

oigan que chido que pusieron esooo porque dejenme les cuento que en mis examenes de ingles vienen esas cosas y no les entiendo nada, alquiern me puede decir como entenderle a esas cosassy eso que voy al harmon pero aun no me enseñan eso y ahora por lo mismo no voy a poder excentar porque saque 6 pero aun me quedan 2 examenes espero me puedan dar un catedra jajajajjaa
