I wonder if this is adressed somewhere, but there seems to be a noticeable disparity in power even inside a rank of armors.

In bronze, Phoenix, Andromeda, Dragon and Hydra, seems straight up better than other bronze armor, as they give their users special attacks and abilities with no dowsize compared to other bronze armors.

The same Goes with silver Perseus and Gold Libra armor.

It is stated anywhere in the original work or in the spinoffs?

Like maybe it is stated that armors tend to empower certain techniques (And that is the reason different armor users use similar techniques)?

Those Cloths that you mention, are not stronger per se than the others. At the end, they're just accesories, that happen to be very powerful and all that, but the Cloth (with the sole excepcion of the Dragon Shield) itself reimains with the same resistence and general power, that depends on the user's Cosmos. So the weapon (Libra, Sagittarius, Dragon, Andromeda, Hydra, Perseus, etc) or the particular abilities (Cygnus or Phoenix for example) are beyond the power of the Cloth. They're not better inside the rank... they just happen to have other characteristics and qualities.

Maybe the single excepcion, now that I think about it (and a lot of fans agree with it), is the case of Phoenix. It appears that Ikki's Cloth is indeed better than the others Bronze Cloths... and even Silver and Gold, like some characters state in the original manga. Not in terms of resistance, but because its particular ability.

It is not that the bronze armors are stronger than others, what happens is that each one (well, some) has a characteristic of its own, the armor of Shiryu has a shield, that of Ikki is repaired alone and the one of Shun has chains.

With the silver armor the same thing happens, some have weapons, shields, etc.

I think that the only ones that do not present different characteristics between them are the golden armors

My English is not very good, I hope you understand me well.
